Simple and nutritious, a meal in a glass!
- handful of spinach ( camote tops,malunggay leaves and saluyot will work)
- handful of cilantro or ampalaya tops
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 apple 1 Tbsp. coco nectar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
- 1″ knob of ginger
Run all ingredients through a juicer and drink immediately for the most powerful boost of vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
